Hello.

I will go with car from Pattaya to Sakhon Nakhon province with the purpose to stay there 5 days.

I called guest house, they are opened.

Someone told me people traveling from out of province to inside sakhon Nakhon province will be forced to stay 14 days in quarantine, however I Googled a lot didn't find anything about it.

Someone can advise?

Really any small village can impose quarantine?

Many thousand of villages many thousands of rules?

Does Anyone know about Sawan Daen ding?

I go there often from Nong Khai, I've never had a problem but I've never stayed at a guest house either.  I always stay in a private house.

Inter-provincial travel are forbidden from May 3 except for essential reasons and the reason has to be documented.

maybe technically, but not in reality. Very few road blocks and taking food and other provisions to relatives is an 'accepted reason', as is accessing medical, dental or veterinary care.  There can be any number of reasons to give for crossing provincial borders that will be accepted if you are held at a road block.

Pilotman.  I understand there is a form to complete for inter-provincial travel which may be available

from government agencies and 7/11's.  Do you know whether this is the case?

I have spent the past 2 months driving nearly daily between multiple provinces, i have not been stopped once, and actually seen very few police stops, well no more than normal.
