What is a Proper English Breakfast?
Luke warm sticky rice and pork. Pancakes and sugar. lol. Only joking. Out standards are higher than that her in the UK. Porridge, English Crumpets with Butter, Baked Beans on Toast with Grated Cheese, Full English, Scrambled Eggs on Toast, Boiled Egg with Soldiers, BLT, Eggy Bread, or one of our world renowned cereals. A lot of new words. Lets break it down. So ''bread'' is of a high quality usually baked the same day. Very light and flavorsome. ''Cheese'' doesn't come in an aerosol. It is the highest quality cheese in the world. Strong flavors and natural. A really tricky one here ''butter''. The Irish butter is very rich and creamy. -

The Decline of Free Speech: How the UK Became a Third-Class Nation
There is a recent study which I will link to tomorrow that shows it is now quicker to walk between certain landmarks in London than it is to use "Public" transport! PS; I have found the link! Waiting for a bus in London? You might as well walk! It is now quicker to be a pedestrian than catch a bus in the capital because of cycle lanes and LTNs, says new report | Daily Mail Online -

What is a Proper English Breakfast?
Thank you for the link. I am not sure if I like fruity sauce but I will have to sort out all the ingredients and the timings and see if it will work for me. -

recommend back surgeon / spinal orthopedic doctor in Chiang Mai ?
Thanks for the useful advice. I was diagnosed 10 years ago and the back pain used to just act up now and then and go away after 1 month. But now it seems permanent (9 months and running) and really interfering with my life. Not hammer-slamming pain but enough that I can't lift stuff or be useful and even just sitting/typing work can be a challenge. I've tried many of the exercises that are supposed to strengthen muscles to relieve disk pressure on the spine but no difference so far. I'm hoping my case is mild enough that I would only need a bit of "shaving" (laminectomy) and not fusion, but I'll find out. I've talked to some people who regretted fusion because after fusion the vertebrae next to the fused vertebrae are more likely to start having problems, thus needing more fusion years later, then more, .... Companies have invented flexible artificial disk replacements to address this problem (e.g. https://m6disc.global/m6-l-lumbar/ ) but not sure if they've made it to Thailand yet. -
