Put it in the post, wait about 3 weeks then give them a call asking if they received it OK.

Have the info letter in front of you....

Thailand Post offices are accepting items for airmail to the UK, no need to ask a Thai for confirmation, I sent mine back from Nana Post Office a few days ago, registered, not EMS.
