Sending out ballots to all voters has been done for years in some states and has been shown that the majority of abuse came from Republicans. Surely you don't deny that? If it was illegal for politicians to lie, not many would be outside jail, IMO. So in you opinion the President of the United States has the right to undermine democracy in the US. While that may be technically correct, from a legal point of view, don't you agree that it's a bad idea? Even un-Presidential? Is this what Trump supporters wanted when they voted for someone who is not a typical politician? 3
Popular Post pomchop Posted December 7, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 7, 2020 "it is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled" trump has and continues to make millions of dollars off of his cult who refuse to admit it is all a giant con designed to benefit trump grow a brain 5

Also, if you haven't noticed this special session could result in the State legislature reclaiming their power to choose electors. So courts at this point are not in play any longer. If the GA legislature decides that there was sufficient fraud, which they've obviously recognized as this emergency session evidences, then they will appoint electors to vote for Trump. What potentially happens here could very well set a precedent for other states to follow. The first one is always the hardest. Please, please tell me what part of my post is BS. I'd love to hear your valid points. It has little chance of happening but you should be careful what you wish for. Just look at the uproar created by Trump simply by voicing baseless accusations of wrongdoing. Imagine what would happen if the Republicans actually managed to steal the election. In domestic terms little short of civil war , internationally the USA shamed and mocked. MAGA.....really !! 2

Popular Post placeholder Posted December 8, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 8, 2020 (edited) Here's some shocking news!!! Federal judges reject GOP effort to overturn swing state election results Federal judges delivered blistering rejections on Monday to a pair of last-ditch lawsuits by allies of President Donald Trump seeking to overturn election results in Michigan and Georgia, describing the legal efforts as undemocratic. “In fact, this lawsuit seems to be less about achieving the relief Plaintiffs seek—as much of that relief is beyond the power of this Court— and more about the impact of their allegations on People’s faith in the democratic process and their trust in our government,” Detroit-based U.S. District Court Judge Linda Parker said in a written ruling... Parker’s opinion was soon followed by a ruling from U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten in Georgia, who described the effort by that state’s GOP electors “extraordinary” and unsupported by the law. For Americans to come together, they'll have to stop believing the lies coming from Trump and his minions. Stunning so many actually believe him. There was no fraud that would have had an impact on the election. Barr has ruled on it and he's right at the top of the chain. Sad Trump's followers don't believe him now. 6
Popular Post Jeffr2 Posted December 8, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 8, 2020 In the end, time to stop this nonsense. Thousands of Americans are dying every day. That's our #1 issue. Not listening to a lying president who only cares about himself. Trump has done NOTHING to help us with the pandemic lately. Nothing. He's now at his retreat in Florida. Probably there until after New Years. Rumors are he'll not go back to the WH again. https://edition.cnn.com/2020/12/07/politics/trump-mar-a-lago-christmas-inauguration/index.html 5 1

As for your recommendations of an investigation post-Trump....I would welcome that. Investigate away. The problem is that elections are largely a state function. The federal government really isn't involved. For states to devote significant time and resources trying to find fraud when they know none exist....will be a hard sell. As I read the quote he isn't saying that Trump lost, just that time is too short to prove that he won. However, 70 million will keep the faith till 2024, when either he stands again or acts as kingmaker, IMO. For an alternative viewpoint on Biden, google Roger Waters ( Pink Floyd ) on Biden- he isn't supporting Trump either. A real eye opener. 1 3

But my big question is why is no-one doing anything about him before he does something really dangerous?? 1
