25th April Any new restrictions

Featured Replies

I believe  the heads of local  government  around Pattaya meet on a Sunday and there might be edicts about new restrictions being formulated. Does anybody know

Not heard of it but have been expecting it......

Nothing on the PR Pattaya (Public Relations Pattaya) page yet but it's too early in the day. Maybe something will be posted after everyone gets to work. If there's anything to post.

Dress code for all in-coming Farangs.....far too many old farts dressed as clowns....lol....????????

Over 100 cases in Bang Lamung yesterday.  If this keeps up, there will probably be more restrictions.  Though that hardly seems possible....

Well there is the complete closure of restaurants and a ban on alcohol sales being kept in reserve. We were there before with much lower infection numbers.....

I was expecting some travel bans.

Surat Thani (Samui) just implemented a 14 day quarantine if coming from one of the red zones.  Ugh.

You may be OK in Pattaya or do they want to have a day in the sun creating their own cluster ?

As I was leaving the Jomteim IO, I saw one ignoramus entering completely shirtless, I wonder what the officer who attended him thought about it.

I don't agree with dressing up for immigration,  but going shirtless is highly rude and ignorant.

I have also seen shirtless people at Jomtien immigration... Russians.

Usually they are stopped at the entrance by a tough Thai guy who tells these people in very clear terms to go home and change clothes.

Should be sent away immediately and told to not return until the next open day. Beyond ignorant.....

Out of perverse interest, was he wearing a mask?

This was away back before the Chinese virus struck.
