What’s the difference between what happens here and in many western countries.

Ministers are politicians they are rarely qualified in the Ministry they oversee, they have advisors who are supposed to be qualified but many of these are political appointees that’s why you have the many problems that occur

If you want any further evidence watch some of those old UK TV series “Yes Minister” although fiction it really sums up the reality.

From the 6 doctors that I have consulted for medical reasons in the last 10 months none of them liked him, so now you know Mr. Anutin.

He quoted 400 Doctors, surprised he knew that, but what about Nurses, Health Care Workers, Theatre Techs the list goes on, they don't count?

That's a good answer and shows how close he is working with healthcare workers and doctors (not) . I do not think so , if this was the case, he would of been gone over a year ago.
