The question what's the value of a Thai land ?? what's special ,a part of Eden or hidden treasures , unfortunately foreigners in last 20 years made others with dignity looks cheap 

i rather buy a land in Caribbean 125000 USD a villa on the beach , + passport + sunny clean beaches no crime so much fun and drinks don't mentions the night life

Rather than trying to attract people who currently do not want to come, how about trying to keep those foreigners who are already in Thailand? Their policies over the last 10 years has seen the number of UK nationals not increase, but fall by one third.

They want a better class of foreigners, nothing wrong with that.
