Thailand seeks to slash quarantine period for visitors

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand's disease control committee has proposed a halving of a two-week hotel isolation requirement for vaccinated arrivals, amid delays in plans to waive quarantine and reopen Bangkok and tourist destinations from next month.

Thailand Will Vaccinate All Target Groups against COVID-19 by End of This Year

BANGKOK (NNT) - The Thai government stated on Wednesday that all target groups will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the end of the year, while booster shots are planned for certain groups this year and others next year.

Thai Meteorological Department warns of tropical storm “Dianmu”

National – The Thai Meteorological Department (TMD) this afternoon, September 23rd, has warned of tropical storm “Dianmu” which will eventually be downgraded to a tropical depression moving to cover the North, the Northeast, the East and the Central parts of Thailand according to their forecast.

Easing of Phuket domestic entry requirements made official
