I just googled "table tennis bangkok" and got several hits.  The two websites I looked at were in Thai, but they had contact details. You might need a Thai speaker to interpret.

    Dam Covid....I had some good table tennis matches at the upstairs bars in Patpong.

    The racquet club on Sukhumvit 49 has a couple of good tables.  Quite expensive if you have to pay for a day pass just to play table tennis but worth it if you also fancy a swim, playing tennis, badminton, squash or anything else they have.

    You can buy a nice table at Big C for around 4,000 baht on wheels etc and folds in half. We have one, works great.

    I've got a nice one that plays a game once a week for 2,000 baht, that folds in half too.????
