Free Covid Insurance with ETIHAD

Hi everybody ????
I have a flight to Phuket at the end of December with ETIHAD, they provide the covid insurance but how do I get a proof to provide for the Thailand Pass? 
I obviously tried to contact them by phone but impossible to get an agent online????and they don't give any email...
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me! ????

And Gulf Air have a promotional fare on business class to the middle east at US$ 1550 need to book by the end of December and travel by March 2022...

Are you trying to call Etihad or Axa, the insurance providers?  If the setup is similar to Emirates' free insurance then Axa will provide the paperwork required.

I believe Emirates have finished  the insurance, end of November.

No, it was recently continued on for bookings made up until the end of February.
