Video: Ex attacks former lover's new man and abducts her in broad daylight in Bangkok suburbs

Violent CCTV footage from Muang district of Samut Prakan near Bangkok showed the moments when a man was attacked in broad daylight in the street and a woman was grabbed by the hair and driven away.

 

It happened on the old railway tracks road in the Samrong Neua police jurisdiction at 2.30 pm yesterday. 

 

The footage showed several men get out of a white Honda and drag a male passenger from a black Honda Jazz after smashing the passenger window.

 

Saphaporn, 25, was assaulted with fists and kicks and left lying in the road. His girlfriend - who had been driving the Jazz which is her car -was led away by the hair and taken away in the white car.

 

Men from that car drove her vehicle away.

 

The badly beaten and dazed man told Samrong Neua police who arrived on the scene that one of the men in the group that arrived was his girlfriend's ex, reported Sanook.

 

He had been playing on his phone and didn't notice much until his side window was smashed in. 

 

His girlfriend and the assailant had been together for three years until they broke up. 

 

Police radioed ahead but the assailants all got away.

 

Investigations continue.

I get your point but isn't it sickening that we live in such a passive society!

 

I don't want to hark on about the 'good ole days' but this would never have been allowed to occur and especially not letting a woman being dragged away by her hair. I am sure that she was protesting and yet no one assisted.

 

It is sickening & makes me very sad to be living in current time. ????

Considering the violence perpetrated with intent to injure... he's already in deep mire.

If anything happens further to the girl by him or his brave compatriots he could be even deeper trouble.

Don't know the background but certainly hope the woman involved lives to tell the tale.

 

If the assailants are caught , which seems likely , I hope the punishment fits the crime and they get put behind bars for a sufficient period to discourage others.  Somehow , I think that hope will go unfulfilled.

Would not a more fitting punishment be to be pulled around the prison courtyard by the hair until bald?
