I tried living in a studio, I just have too much "stuff" that I can't bear to part with. Tools, music keyboards, 3 bicycles, full set of scuba gear, etc. I find a 2 bedroom makes me happy.

Yes I am happy living alone and have possibly got too used to it. Living amongst others becomes uncomfortable. 

I need room, I need space for tools, junk and hobbies, a workshop.  I would need a house with shop.   I found a nice younger Thai woman and moved her to USA.   I feel the best of both Worlds.   Only time will tell if wife #2 will pan out.  If it can last as long as #1 I'm set.

Living alone and Feeling lonely are 2 entirely separate things. Always a good option to analyze to see why you feel lonely (whether you are living alone or someone else lives with you).  

 

If you can find a way to be happy when you are alone, then you have a good chance of being happy when there is someone else living with you.

Did you have a psychotic woman during your childhood? perhaps a babysitter, a maid etc? just trying to figure out, how my choices are shaped.

Meditation is always good but when I said hours per day it is because I have been an avid road cyclist for 35 years

I love to ride in the mountains & do so for 3 hours most mornings
