In Kuala Lumpur, from 2015 to 2020 the "Arab" quarter now looks like a mini Lebanon/Syria with scores of those citizens who became refugees after conflict/economic downturns there. Anyhow, the flight out was always a hoot, we were obviously gagging for a sherbet after our 15 week hitch and BA never disappointed on that score, but I digress. The best entertainment was, once in International airspace, seeing some of the Saudi ladies in their traditional and most becoming, black garb, head for the 'heads' and return in slightly less traditional, and typically rather more exclusive, western outfits complete with bling, quite a transformation... ...oh and often, smoking hot these girls, just sayin'... +1...........Yes, it was very entertaining, also, on return flights both the men and women were in the bars at the airport downing G&T's then over Saudi airspace into the heads, quick change, then push to the front of the queues as they were God fearing Pious Muslims.............. 2 1

That could attract a few weary travellers post-Haj. Or, better still, maybe negotiate with the Saudis to allow the Thai "Mecca" to be an acceptable alternative to the exhausting real thing. Popular Post Cake Monster
Lets see now We have had the 6 Million Brits to revive the tourism There were also the Indians with their huge spending power The Russians who were going to Invest in the Country various proposed Travel Bubbles with Countries like China Etc Non of these has worked, and will not work. Why should it work with the Middle Eastern Nations There is a high possibility that it could work with Eskimos seeking a Winter break 2

Or will they tell all these valuable tourists that they'll be carted off to the monkey house if they dare to take a puff? It's sickening, all the Thais can see is money, they have dollar signs spinning around in their eyes like in an old cartoon, providing the services that the visitors might want is something that never even crosses their minds. 4
