Not familiar with buying IT things in BKK.

For small/cheap items, I can buy from Lazada.

But not comfortable to buy laptop/chromebook online. ????

    Fortune Town IT mall, you'll find chain and branded shops there.  Plenty of selection.

    Just to elaborate on Fortune. Most of the mainline computer dealers are grouped on the 3rd floor: Banana, J.I.B., Advice along with some branded shops like "Lenovo and "Acer"  There is also an IT City on the 5th level accessed by an escalator in the back of the 4th floor.
