Just for the sake of comparison, Biden's total departures from Washington is less than the former. Still he accomplished a lot like passing the $1.9tn pandemic relief bill, rejoin the Paris Climate Agreement, delievered jobs, got pandemic under control and the infrastructure bills. That's what he can accomplished by not playing too much golf.

It is not just the president ,it is the people who advice him who are doing all of the groundwork.

Some people just brag and play golf.

Its  not that simple. Biden when elected was one of the most experienced politicians ever elected president. He represented a return to normalcy after the total insanity of the trump term. Yes when you elect someone that old the downsides of old age are part of the package. A political decision was made that Biden was the best option with the best shot at beating trump. He did beat Trump so it's hard to prove that wrong.

According to this article, Biden is the winner in time spent outside the office- fully 40% of his days are not in Washington.

Biden is right on this. The designation of Russia as state sponsor of terror could delay food exports and jeopardize deals to

move goods through the Black Sea. Russia has threatened that it would break off diplomatic ties if US label them as sponsor of terrorists. 
 

Russia is on the receiving end due to Biden’s leadership and western coalition. Continue with military aids has proven effective rather than rhetorical labeling. GOP can do well to support Biden’s military aid but they wouldn’t because of silly partisanship.
