Just commenting on peoples different reactions .

The USA elections were definitely legitimate and no fraud occurred because there's no proof and anyone who suggests that there may been some fraud is a right wing conspiracy theorist nutjob ............but these Twitter polls are definitely fraudulent, no doubt about it even thought there's no proof of anything fraudulent happening

There were many accusations of fraud during and after the 2020 election, all were investigated and all were discredited.  The right wing nutjobs are the ones who insist it was fraudulent anyway.

There have been many suggestions of fraud in this poll, many originating in Musk's claims of rampant bot use on Twitter.  Have any been investigated?

Why do you think Trump is not going to use it, because he said so?

Would Honest Donnie lie?  Say it ain't so!

On the other hand, I would never buy a used car (or hotel, golf course, casino...) from that man.

Although I do hear that if anyone is in the market for highly classified documents of impeccable authenticity, he's your man.

So exactly what in trump's past has made you actually believe what he says??

Truthiness is what makes Trump's fans and supporters believe what he says.

"Truthiness is the belief or assertion that a particular statement is true based on the intuition or perceptions of some individual or individuals, without regard to evidence, logic, intellectual examination, or facts.[1][2] Truthiness can range from ignorant assertions of falsehoods to deliberate duplicity or propaganda intended to sway opinions.[3][4]

Musk organised a Poll , the election was between Trump and Biden.

Two different things .

Trump wasn't elected by the musk poll , he was just allowed to post on Twitter again

I would love to think you're trolling. Unfortunately you're not.

Do you actually think your post is a germane answer to the question you were asked, namely

What has this Musk organized 'election' to do with Giuliani?

Unfortunately I am convinced he does.

You really need to take it up with the poster who claimed that the organisers of the election  admitted that it  had Bots

It has not been particularly claimed the Twitter pool was fraudulent. It has been claimed that there have been no standards and procedures in place to guarantee the validity of the Twitter poll.

In election polls, there are standards and procedures to guarantee the validity of the vote. So unless a proof of fraud is found, or an evidence that the procedure has not been properly folloed, the results can be trusted.

In a survey, there is a procedure (methodology) to guarantee the validity (with a calculated margin of error).

In a Twitter poll, there is none of these. There is no procedure to control "votes" (even Musk stated bots may have voted, multiple accounts are possible, etc...), so it's impossible to guarantee there was no fraud. It's not about suspecting fraud, It's about a system which cannot be trusted. There is also no methodology implemented to guarantee the de facto "sample" of respondents is representative of Twitter users.

So, in brief, because of the absence of standards and procedures, it cannot be trusted for not being fraudulent, and it cannot be trusted for representing the user base of Twitter.

Trump may or may not have "won", there is no way to know.

In the Twitter poll, if a forensic audit needed to be carried out on all or a sample of the votes, it is possible. There is a record of person x with x telephone number voted for x. It can be checked. In an actual US election this is not the case is it? Luckily in Musk's poll there were no statistically impossible leaps of huge numbers of votes right at the end. That would really get the conspiracists going. Isn't it incredible how so many narratives have been turned on their head after the GOP badly lost in the midterms!

The cases were thrown out of court due to lack of standing. Nobody telephoned all voters in a particular ballot box making sure their received vote is correct. There was no forensic audit. It can't be done once the envelope is binned you can't trace who voted. Had they done this with a sample form say - Fulton county - and all was kosher then you would not have had the insecurity and censorship we saw since Biden "won". I believe conservatives favoured photo id and the ability to trace a vote to make sure the vote is trustworthy. So no, they were not investigated as you claim.

None. BUT if you really needed to know if the votes were real or not, Musk has the contact details of each Twitter voter. So in a way, it is more trustworthy and reliable, because the votes can be checked if genuine or not.

Willful inability to comprehend the English language.

In common language, “hate speech” refers to offensive discourse targeting a group or an individual based on inherent characteristics (such as race, religion or gender) and that may threaten social peace.

You are full of hate. Please stop quoting me. Waste of time talking to someone who is so negative.

Goodbye.

From @ozimoron's perspective, it's probably almost as bad as talking to someone who is so clueless.

And for those who insist that truth can only be firmly built on facts, we can thank then U.S. Counselor to the President, Kellyanne Conway for introducing the concept of "alternative facts" on January 22, 2017. This is a bone that the more feckless and gullible conservatives have picked up on and have been running with ever since.

Truthiness. It's right up there with bigly.

La la land stuff......lol

"During the poll, Musk acknowledged that the vote numbers were being affected by automated bots, which are not operated by people, and suggested there was a need to clean up Twitter polls from being influenced by “bot and troll armies”.

Last week, Trump announced his candidacy for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024 and praised Musk, saying he had always liked him. Nevertheless, Trump also said Twitter suffered from bots and fake accounts, and that the problems it faced were “incredible”.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/nov/20/twitter-lifts-donald-trump-ban-after-elon-musks-poll

You don't need a phone to sign up for twitter, throw away email addresses are what bots use, one bot can make thousands of new accounts daily, that's just one computer, a botnet working together can make thousands of multiples of the original bot, each programmed to vote via spoof IP's

Bots are just one of the numerous issues already highlighted in this thread.
