Coolio.

Did you make it to the first of the two stream fords.?

Maybe 20km more on tame dirt road links to 1095

and could loop back to CM

No, after a tricky ride down a rubble part i was thinking how difficult if i had to climb up, i carried on quite a way but was not comfortable, also i wondered if i was on the road you had issues, so as alone i turned back. At the rubble track a Thai in front of me very nearly lost it and came off of, i was struggling in first gear but found a way avoiding the rubble.

Do you the track that goes north to Wiang Haeng? I want to give that a try.

They say two routes go north to Wiang Haeng.

The mountain way and the river way.

Thinking the road you describe ain't it.

The river way is well signed at the NE corner of town.

Mountain way prolly no stream crossing.

Guessing.

Hey Chris looked like a great day for it. I especially like the tree in photo #3 they always remind me of Giant Bonsai tree always so striking looking from a ways off, right up close not so much 55

Thanks.

I am trying to avoid a situation like your backwards downhill dismount by using a Wave AT as the base for a bike. Bit disappointed to find they have a footbrake rather than a CVT scooter hand brake.

I will persevere.

Reading when tired, sorry.

Quite a few times off road when potholes are deeper than they looked, but it keeps going no issues.

Hey Chrissable, question:

Does the CT125 have auto-clutch or regular.

...thinking auto-clutch.

Does that rule out compression braking on the down-hills.?

papa very fond of compression brake.

Auto clutch, still drop a gear going downhill.

On my CVT scooter the clutch doesn't disengage until the clutch speed drops below its engagement speed . In my case about 15 kph.

This will effect me going downhill on a CVT farm track explorer.

Yes, a normal manual clutch is better
