Sometimes I agree with others, sometimes I disagree. And sometimes I learn something from others, i.e. good ideas or why they think how they think.

Mostly my reason to write here is to have a discussion and to see how other people think about things. Adding posts like "OMF is right" or "I totally agree" would be a waste of time - at least IMHO.

A good thing to be open minded, as well leave the discussion when there is no more point in the bickering anymore, even the other part obviously se it as a victory. I could care less if they do. I might have learned something from the other part, but Im sure many do not even get a glimpse of light what someone trying to say, or their view on the point.

I think the the word trolling is taken out of context on here.

Sure there will be a few but minimal.

I don't see a lot of trolls on here but a lot of posters with different beliefs.

When things get hot troll is the go to word.

Multiple posters like to attack a post they see as a troll post when it is usually someone expressing their view.

I had the opposite problem here. I used to pummel Trump losers here with scorn for laughs. One kept following me around reminding me that we had some kind of beef, but that he was fine, do you hear me? Fine about it. Who's more professional victim than a Trumpie?

 

But I never remembered who he was or what the joke was that hurt his feelings. I was polite to his butt-hurt, huffy self twice about it. Eventually, I guess he just drifted away and haunted someone else.

 

If people are over-invested here (ie. demanding to know who the REAl MacManus is), I feel bad for them, hope they catch themselves some kind a clue, and if I can bother to remember them, I would just avoid them.

The social media manager has full moderator privileges. As their primary role is social media (such as tiktok) then this is the group name that is displayed.

With the old software you could search(more options)and look up even RIP members,can't remember if banned members came up.

Looking back a few years a group of us thought a member was using two names in a competition as someone work out it was same IP and we asked support to confirm.

They handed it to the mods to sort out who told us they don't give out info on other members so hit a brick wall.

Using the search function you can search by groups. Here is a screenshot of the groups that are listed:

 

 

You can't search for banned members.

Duplicate usernames are not allowed. When a member is found with a duplicate username then the duplicate account will be closed.
