There is an inference that all of the girls at the shop are happy to provide such services, that they wouldn't differentiate between types of massage if they do, and that they should be happy to provide it at a low price if there's nothing else to do.

It made me feel a bit icky so I thought since this is a forum I'd have my say. 

 

For the shop you went to it may have seemed obvious all girls offer such massage, but your question seemed to be broader in context, and I would not necessarily make an assumption about what massage girls are willing to do at that shop and at most shops. 

I would suggest 99 per cent of woman, and people in general, feel that providing a standard massage and a sexual massage are worlds apart in terms of the social dynamic, and emotions involved, between the masseur and the customer. I tried to illustrate that by showing that one of the two experiences for most might be quite unpleasant. So that might help explain why they wish to refrain from it or charge at a higher rate than other services.

I get what you’re saying. Key here is that there was no mention of a rate. Usually when they offer it they state the fees for the particular extra service. In this case she said “up to you. Anything you can help would be great”. So I offered what I deemed reasonable. She could’ve made 300 for 5 mins plus the 100-150 she made for an hour. I’m coming purely from a business angle.

I beg to differ. Business is fundamentally about making profit. Sitting on your ass and getting nothing vs using your brain and make a profit with no ADDITIONAL effort. I think I have a lot to teach you about business. This was lesson1 free of charge.

Firstly, when you disagree with a point, you're supposed to come up with a counter-argument, not simply re-iterrate your previous unrelated ramblings. Are we supposed to be impressed that you know businesses are supposed to make profit? Because that's as far as your so called "analysis" goes.

 

Secondly, elling services at below market value when there are plenty of customers willing to pay the going rate is an act of desperation. That's what business do to avoid going bust.

 

Selling stock at lower than market value is a different story to services as there are additional factors to consider. (Bonus points if you can name just one. I doubt you will bother as you've conveniently managed to "answer" my previous message without bothering to address the main point made).
