Been there and partly done it. Not stages 3 and 4 of the 'urine therapy for good health'.

Amandha Vollmer is the cookie. She has promoted urine all over Nth America.

Seems as thought the entire point of the OP went over the heads of everyone, so far, or maybe they just can't read...

"The video has regained attention after former politician and soapy king Chuwit Kamolvisit shared it on Facebook. In his post, he questions the credibility of Sondhi’s advice and even mockingly wonders if excrement can also be used as a treatment for ailments. He said…

“If someone’s gums hurt from talking too much, can they apply excrement and get better?”

An old video featuring Sondhi Limthongkul delivering health advice on drinking your urine has resurfaced online. In the video, he promotes urine therapy as a method for maintaining one’s health and treating illnesses. Debates have ensued questioning the efficacy and safety of the practice.

Looking at that "boat-race" he needs to check his PH levels.

I guess a bottle of Leo would do the same trick. Tastes the same maybe a little worse.

At least the brewery filters it before shipping.

As for the taste your bang-on.

I would say he just did a urine slammer and took a  bite into the lemon before the lick of salt.

Urine contains the waste products of metabolism. Urea. Sticking it back into your body after it's been removed just means you have to work your kidneys harder to get it out again.  Seriously, bodily wastes do not improve health.

Urotherapy is certainly not for gout sufferers.

making someone drink urine should be considered ABUSE

It probably is ,  did someone tell you otherwise ?  Maybe when you were younger , have you just been "triggered"   The use of capitals implies some angst.  Come on tell us all what they made you do I'm sure you'll get some sympathy
