Can't see anything in the shops, it's all wax and cleaners. Is 3m or Turtle wax any good? they have Turtle wax on Lazada but it all looks fake- no brand, sliver colour.

Funny story, borrowed girlfriends daughters car and neighbors

Chicken attacked the bumper with a bunch of light scratches.

Took it to care detailing shop with high speed orbital polisher and they charged me

500 baht for whole bumper.  It came out great.  Unfortunately the bumper showed how much

Work the rest of the cars paint needed.

The scratch removers are for lite surface scratches.  Usually doing a fair job.  If the scratch penetrates the clear coat it will not work.  And the area would need to be repainted

There might be touch-up kits sold by the manufacturer of the car. Ask at a dealer service shop.

Waxes and cutting compounds are only useful if the scratching is light, and can be buffed out.

Rubbing compound and elbow grease.   Go very, very slow if you are using an orbital buffer.

Start with a little dab and work area around the scratch to blend in.  To much will dull finish, the right amount will remove scum and increase the shine.

However, if the scratch is deep and actually goes through the clear coat into the paint, you will need touch up paint.  That presents a problem because the original paint will have faded a bit.

Annoying at best, but a repaint of the area usually includes the complete panel where the scratch is present.

If not an exotic vehicle or color and has some years on it, finger nail paint sometimes will suffice.  Though somewhat noticeable.
