Same..

Off and on in Lamphun even though the router is showing "Internet."

Jomtien near Pattaya ... same.

their phone hotline 1530 doesn't work either - a first

I suspect a national outage

or... a hack

their website shows "database error".

the DSL connection on my router is up, so their network seems ok.

I didn't even try. Wouldn't expect anything better.

Same in Chiang Mai.

3bb Website and app down too.

Modem says all working.

Google home offline but WiFi security cams (v380) working.

Yes there is not the usual LOS (loss of signal).

Not fully working in Korat.  Thai websites seem to be working but a bit slow.  But can’t connect to anything international

Bangkok. Can get several sites, Bangkok Post, Guardian, Sky, etc. but not Google (gmail, accounts, etc) or Yahoo.

this indicates a failure of layer 6 or 7 in the OSI model, or simplified, "software error" when the network infrastructure is ok.

3BB called me this morning to say it's their whole network.

I have always had 100% good service on the phones, and with the engineers.

I can ping www.aseannow.com and get returns, although sometimes there is a delay.
However, I can't ping outside of Thailand, like Google's DNS server ping 8.8.8.8.
So it looks like the primary problem is talking with the rest of the world.
Maybe the government has turned on the Great Thai Firewall?  Anyway, it seems 3BB routing is f***ed to the outside world.

If you can read this, then the 3BB in my neck of the woods in Phitsanulok jungle, is working, 980 down, 520 up. Ping 2.

1530 CallCenter down

@3BB: send your monkeys, climb up again and FIX IT, tnx

Tip: with PC: ping 8.8.8.8 -t

Yes, seems countrywide.

I must say though I have very good experiences with their help desk and service in general.

Which is not the topic here. It's about a current outage.

I was getting a 500 - internal server error on this site only this morning.

Whoo Hoo.  I can reach https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login  so it seems some servers within Thailand are accessible.  Servers outside of Thailand?  No joy.  Interesting.

the argument is admissible, since you brought it up yourself.

All working fine for me with 3BB fiber in Pattaya now.

But this site is sloooow the last couple of days. And I have long had frequent backend timeouts.

Which surprises me, since most Thai government agencies, including NBTC themselves, use servers outside Thailand ????

Same. We are Chiang Mai based and the router showing internet but not receiving any data really confused me! I've never seen that before.

The website, call centers and membership app all appear to be down as well.

This is clearly a major outrage for 3bb.

Same here.  Kudos for 3BB system administrators.  <cheers>  :clap2:
