Bearing this in mind, I can see large brown envelopes being passed around.

With the Photos inside. :coffee1:

when is Thailand going to realize that publicizing the face of pervs like this (and the really worst of the worst) is in the public interest?. A perfect example of name and shame being effective is the publication of photos showing Senator Pornthip rolling around endangered moss on here Icelandic trip (https://www.government.is/topics/environment-climate-and-nature-protection/national-parks-and-protected-areas/)  Any credibility she once had is gone, girl, gone. 555

Really?

We all make mistakes, sometimes we don't know, sometime knowingly and we think it's not a big deal.

Did you ever drive too fast? Knowingly?

If yes, then I guess your credibility is gone.

Or maybe not?

I doubt that anybody is turned on by upskirts; it's the idea that you are seeing something that you're not supposed to that is titillating to those with this particular fetish,

Your personal observations are a contradiction.  You don't think anyone is turned on by that interest yet you confirm that it is titillating...which one are you going for?

He's suggesting that the viewer/photographer is not turned on so much by what is on display in the pictures. Instead they are turned on by the fact that they're not "supposed" to have access to what they're seeing.

One More, you're usually smarter than your post implies. I am still trying to connect the dots between perverts who make mistakes and speeding (which I do, between the speed cameras ???? on a separate issue Pornthip is highly educated - which gives her no licence for being ignorant.

Do you think she know that the moss is endangered?

Personally I have to admit I didn't know that there is something like "endangered moss".

And according to you, because she didn't respect that moss, you write "Any credibility she once had is gone, girl, gone. 555"

So it seems that you think that anybody who doesn't know or care about endangered moss lost credibility.

Is that only the case when people doesn't know or care about endangered moss? Or is any wrongdoing, including speeding, a reason to think all credibility is gone?

what a waste of words and time. First, please try to stick to the topic. the OP was about the upskirt guy, It went into detail about sexual deviance/predators, whom I said should be named and shamed. The photos displaying the Senator's ignorance and the reason WHY was published on at least one medium I saw. Hence, I took the liberty of using that as an example. Although you have a million upticks, try taking a course in public debating.

A form of perversion that I find  difficult to  understand.

Surely  bikini clad women on beaches  or even swimming pools offer better examples to tempt the inadequates than glimpses of sweaty knickers or even  fleshy bits ?

He does mention it being a challenge so I expect that is part of it. Forbidden fruit as someone else mentioned. Why do men, or women cheat on their partners? It's a challenge and the excitement of success.
