A pledge was made yesterday by Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin to accelerate the progress of three significant bills, inclusive of the “marriage equality” draft law. These proposed laws are scheduled for Cabinet deliberation next Tuesday before being forwarded to Parliament for further scrutiny.

 

The marriage equality bill seeks to revise the Civil and Commercial Code, enabling individuals of a suitable age to register their marriage, irrespective of gender. The current code only acknowledges marriage between a man and a woman.

 

Additionally, the second proposed law focuses on a recognition bill aimed at enabling transgender people to modify their official identity documents to reflect their gender accurately. The final legislation aims to decriminalise prostitution by amending the 1996 Act on illegal prostitution suppression and prevention.

It is time to pass these bills.. waited for more than a decade already... Besides if they want to host the World Pride there is still a lot of work to do for equality for thi s group of people

You need to set up a will and an end of life document naming him as your heir and EOL administrator. The disbursement of your Aussie holdings will be under Aussie law, the Thai law does not matter there.

Already done under Oz law. It's the Thai end that's difficult, at least till the new legislation is thru (assuming it ever is).

We used to just have gay/pride then LBGT now the world seems to have gone mad with 2SLGBTQIA+communities!

And I think you should drop the 'three chromosomes'  because you obviously don't know what it means. Having an extra chromosome is called Trisomy, a medical condition which includes Down and Edward Syndromes as well as others. Facial deformity is also common and also miscarriages.

Thailand is neutral on both the Israel Hamas war and the Ukraine war. Both Russian and western leaders are made welcome, which is the very hallmark of neutrality. 

 

That said, we're not talking about foreign policy here: we're talking about culture. US and western funded NGOs and activist groups promote western cultural filth everywhere, including Thailand.
