Do tell Does that really need to be explained to you, but I'll give one example. I was driving sober at the speed limit when another motorist who was speeding and drunk lost control and veered on to my side of the road causing a head on collision. My car was written off, his as well probably. Edited November 7, 2023 by giddyup

Speed and drunk by 1 party.

I was driving normally, the other driver was not. But there could be reason where someone had a blowout and lost control, or a cow runs onto the road. Use your imagination. Hard to crash if both parties are sensible. Thanks for proving my point. 1

I already said there are situations like a blowout or a cow ran into the road, a sinkhole etc, any number of reasons where the motorist isn't at fault.
