May I ask why you tried it when your little fella works fine. I certainly would not be using that stuff if i worked fine.

 

I was using Sidagra and was ok but now need something with more lead to put in pencil.

 

I have only tired one Kamagra.

I think they have all the same active ingredient.

But to be honest, I stopped using it because it no longer helps me, a matter of learning to live with.

You can buy Grakcu at 7/11 stores in Thailand. It is claimed it is a herbal all "natural male support supplement" and is widely available, however, the US FDA has issued a warning that it contains undeclared drugs, including sildenafil. Other similar products include one called Munz. About 70 Baht a capsule. 

 

I do not know why generic tadalafil, aka Cialis, is not available here as the patent expired long ago. Sildenafil, aka Viagra is actually produced by the Thai Government Pharmaceutical Organization and sold under the name Sidegra (supposed to be prescription only).

I think there is generic but like a lot of things can be counterfeit. I actually found a website in Australia that showed me these were counterfeit.

 

I have used a generic one, Mycoxafillin.

Viagra and Sidegra are the same drug, i.e. sildenafil. Sidegra is the one manufactured by the Thai GPO.

Not exactly the same by the side effects i suffered. Maybe active ingredients the same, possibly other ingredients, but I definitely suffered more from the Viagra.. The Viagra I had was bought in Australia.

I use a product called Shom poo sherm....some Chinese ginseng product apparently. I was suspect at first but the best things I have ever tried. The Thais know all about them. I suspect that you are right. Also if the OP is concerned about counterfeit Cialis, he’d possibly be better off buying the generics; such as Apcalis or Talafil.
