Australian Hells Angels Gang Leader Arrested In Thailand

IMMIGRATION Police arrested an Australian man said to be the leader of Hell’s Angels gang in his country and wanted there for a string of drug and firearm charges after he used an Italian man’s passport to enter the country, Naewna newspaper said this afternoon (Dec. 6).

 

Pol.Lt.Gen.Itthiphon Itthisanronnachai, commander of Immigration Police, and his deputy Pol. Maj. Gen. Phanthana Nuchanart together with other team members announced the arrest of Mr. Elices (pseudonym), 31, for illegally using the passport of Mr. Gjini to enter Thailand on a tourist visa, coming here on a chartered flight.

 

Immigration Police tracked down the suspect after being coordinated by the Australian police and found him at a luxury condo in the Thonglor area of downtown Bangkok.

 

Police investigators had sent the fingerprint of the person who travelled here on Gjini’s passport to check with the Australian database and it was found that it matched that of the wanted suspect.

Dangerous guy....lots of us here ride, enjoy and love bikes. But the HA's are a different breed. 

 

I got stuck in a snow storm on my HD in North Platte, Nebraska a few years back...I unknowingly arrived into the Friend's of the Bandidos club house/motel. They took me under their wing as I did a 600 mile ride that day and they liked that. I have to say I had a ball with these guys but I sure wouldn't cross them 

 

The bulk on this guy, he must spend his day pumping iron.

He may been convicted in Australia? He may be on the wanted list but has he been convicted?

Perhaps we have judicial trials for reasons to ascertain guilt, rather just incarcerating others on accusations

Back when I was riding I bought a trailer to pull behind my HD Ultra Classic. I had the Bandido's do a custom paint on the trailer. Superb work, but I was always a little uncomfortable. Definitely would not cross them... that would be extremely unhealthy.

From the 2nd paragraph of the original post:
" for illegally using the passport of Mr. Gjini to enter Thailand on a tourist visa"

Not too mention (from the first paragraph):
"wanted there (Australia) for a string of drug and firearm charges".

So it seems he was doing a runner, travelled on a stolen passport, the Australian police no doubt found which flight/destination that passport went to and notified the Thai police.

Pretty standard stuff.

And entering the country illegally is more than enough for the Thai police to arrest and deport you back to wherever you came from.
Not sure why anyone would think otherwise.

He also has a criminal history of assaulting officials and robbery.

Not difficult via Torres Strait to PNG and Indonesia using a variety of private vessels, fishing boats and ferries.

Bike gangs in Aus import and distribute millions of dollars worth of drugs and have plenty of cash for chartering aircraft and bribing officials in abovementioned countries. 

 

Death sentence should be reintroduced for these murdering scum.

Arrest warrant issued and he runs away on false passport. Guilt is ascertained.

He entered the Kingdom on someone else's Passport..which i think might just be an offence, + he is wanted in Australia..so what's your point as both countries have an Extradition Treaty.
