A Russian big biker apologized to Pattaya residents in the vicinity of the FlowerLand Pattaya on Wednesday, after he disturbed their peace by driving his loud big bike around the parking lot at night.

The issue came to light on January 3rd around 11:00 PM when local residents reported the disturbance to the local news reporters.

Upon receiving the complaints, news reporters visited the scene to document the situation.

They reported that they observed a foreigner driving around the FlowerLand’s parking space with his black big bike bearing a Bangkok license plate. Subsequently, the police were called to intervene, and preliminary inquiries revealed that the individual in question was a 32-year-old Russian national named Mr. Wayim (full name withheld by police).

The police then took both Mr. Wayim and his big bike to the Nongprue Police Station for further investigation.

Stupid laws and rules, in my location you can have up to 5 dogs per dwelling.  :post-4641-1156694572:  that could be 20 dogs on one Ria. 😱

You have just hurt my little ankle biters feelings  :jap:

I share Jacko's misery.  20 metres away an unfortunate pet sits howling in misery whilst its owner is out working all day!  That's before we  get to the wider problem of dogs polluting every soi in the land (not just with noise.)

And my personal misery are neighbours wiho can't conversate in a normal way.. we always can literally hear  what they are talking/screaming  about.. normal speaking is impossible, and on the other side there is neighbour who likes to sing karaoke as good as he can, but unfortunately he can't at all

A peaceful retirement can be hard to find here.....the morning cockerels of Nakhon Nowhere are pulling at me!
