You might remember this song. The composer ended up in Thailand and with his wife they made a Thai version.

He was known with his band "Sandy Coast", but also composed for others. Died in Thailand 2017, RIP.

This is the Thai version, I like it better. But ok it is a different setting. Another time, another singer.

One of the best (and quite recent) covers imaginable...

This version is superb. I posted it last year on one of the music threads.

I really like this one. George Gershwin - Rhapsody in Blue - Leonard Bernstein, New York Philharmonic (1976)

Browsing in my history, he is doing 2 covers. IF you have the time, it's a live version?

he knows how to make his guitar weep.

was my first classical music, around age 9. It just had its 100th birthday, good article in The NY Times arguing whether or not its to corny for modern tastes,

Dolores O'Riordan (RIP) covering Fleetwood Mac

Well thats already a cover

Here another one, slightly different

Steve Earle does Bob Dylan's "One More Cup of Coffee".

I like this cover of Ain't No Sunshine.

It's starts in this video at about 4min.

But maybe I like the version because I saw this video a couple of years ago when they made it.

Not only are Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones in the audience, they give a standing ovation, while Robert wipes a tear from his eye...
