Judge Engoron received a report from the monitor about Donald Trump’s tax dealings with his Chicago property when he defaulted on bank loans in 2010:
 

1.  The court-appointed monitor found inconsistencies and errors in Trump’s financial disclosures.
 

2.  The monitor reported that a $48 million loan for Trump’s Chicago property may not have existed.
 

3. Trump’s tax returns showed that creditors canceled $287 million in debt related to the Chicago project after Trump defaulted on loans.
 

4.  Trump may not have declared the canceled debt as income, which is typically required.
 

5.  These findings are part of an ongoing investigation by the New York Attorney General.

6.  Trump’s legal team has stated they will address these issues with the court.

I used to write scientific reports, and papers for peer-reviewed journals. The process involved assembling data obtained by experiment, and drawing conclusions from it in a logical sequence.

Perhaps you missed it, but trump is now required to fork over $550 million that he doesn't have.

 

The wheels of justice might turn slowly when a criminal dips into the RNC war chest to pay lawyers $50 million+ to delay delay delay, but turn they do. Turn turn turn....for everything there is a season.

 

trump dies in jail, unless a stroke, heart attack or aneurysm takes him first, or maybe his own tiny hand.
