The world of social media nowadays where someone does or says something wrong and is all of a sudden a wanted fugitive is quite worrying.

According to the Twitter user, one of the two foreigners grouped her friend’s bottom, prompting them to confront him and demand an apology. The Thai woman said the foreign man eventually apologised to her and her friend but both he and his friend continued to act playfully and giggle in front of her camera.

After the man apologised, the Twitter user said she turned her back on the foreign perpetrators and was about to leave the scene but one of them touched her bottom. The woman could heard yelling at the men when the foreigner assaulted her.

“What the <deleted>!”

She said this foreign man repeated the sexual assault even though they had just apologised for sexually assaulting her friend

and her twitter post:

"Yall know him? 21:00 At khaosan road these 2 guys came up to my friend & one of them groped her butt. Instead of being guilty he was giggling and She then proceed to give him a couple punches. The other bald guy was trying stop me from filming, they walked away"

! story for the police and 1 story for the "Outraged Netizens"

Seems there was an assault, just not the 1 reported.

Self defence is not assault.

What would you do if he groped your butt?

there's still no proof of the groping - police are correct in wanting to check independent CCTV footage before making the same assumption.

As objectionable as sexual assault is...  Is a Western male going to win 200,000 baht in compensation when an LB grabs his sack while walking down cowboy ????

That´s actually a very good point.
