Rawai-A Portuguese woman was arrested after she was caught on a viral video carrying a knife and allegedly threatening to assault a female taxi driver at a hotel in Rawai.

The Chalong Police told the Phuket Express that on Wednesday (April 3rd) they arrested a suspect identified only as Miss. NADIYA, a Portuguese national. She was arrested at the lobby of an unidentified hotel in Nai Harn.

Chalong police confirmed that Nadiya is the wanted suspect in the arrest warrant issued on April 3rd, 2024 by the Phuket Khweang Court.

She is currently being accused of threatening others with a knife but there was no mention of any statement from Nadiya and she did not speak to the press or immediately release a plea.

i'm not surprised she didn't make a statement she doesn't seem to have a head.

She might be a Portugal passport holder but she is definitely NOT Portuguese. First, she does not have a Portuguese accent when she speaks English. Second, Portuguese nationals do not act in such a manner in a foreign country, as they are non-confrontational in their culture, except for a few bad apples. But first and last names are not of Portuguese origins.

As Thais, it would be more revealing if they shared their origins if alleged criminals/felons are non-native.

Put her on a slow boat to China... maybe a fishing boat.

Good.

This time, the news writer properly called that criminal Woman, not Lady

That  low-life certainly does not deserve to be call Lady.
