The UK Government have full control of UK Borders.

Who are they and their supporters going to blame for the Government’s abject failure on immigration?

The Far Right / Alt Right = old, white, straight, heterosexual, cisgender men...and now Jews (again).

This is the post-modern, post-structural narrative that now defines who is good and who is evil.

HMG, along with other Western democracies, as a first step, need to tighten free speech laws, Social Media platforms which are being manipulated for extremist messaging such as far right, Islamist etc. As an example, Eva_Vlaardingerbroek, posted above who espouses conspiracy hate speech, as an example such as "Great Replacement, an ideology which has incited some to mass murder innocent Muslims and leftists in Western democracies and lesser crimes. Islamist preachers to be deported (held on remand during proceedings)as happens in France. Stricker evaluation of asylum seeker application with relevant funding for additional resources and speed up government to government negotiation for deporting rejected persons to their home country. All non citizens who have been convicted to prison, e.g. one year, to be deported after completion of sentence  with no appeal.

In recent years, the United Kingdom has experienced a surge in immigration, posing significant challenges to its social cohesion and infrastructure. Despite a long history of successful integration, the uncontrolled influx of migrants has strained resources and exacerbated social tensions. As the country grapples with the implications of mass migration, it faces critical decisions on immigration policy and societal cohesion.

The UK's tradition of openness to immigrants dates back centuries, rooted in principles of religious tolerance, individualism, and the rule of law. Over time, this openness has contributed to a diverse and inclusive society, with immigrants making significant contributions to various fields, including politics, business, and culture. However, the unchecked flow of migrants in recent years has overwhelmed the country's infrastructure and resources, leading to congestion, healthcare shortages, and a housing crisis.

Moreover, the government's failure to address issues such as Islamist extremism and the spread of woke critical race theory has further strained social cohesion. The rise of extremism and anti-Semitism threatens to undermine the principles of integration and inclusion that have long defined British society.

To address these challenges, the UK must adopt a more discerning approach to immigration, prioritizing skilled migrants who can contribute positively to society. Additionally, efforts must be made to tackle extremism and promote moderate voices within immigrant communities. By taking proactive measures to manage immigration and address social tensions, the UK can preserve its legacy of openness and diversity while safeguarding its social fabric for future generations.

Sounds good. All European Countries blow the same trumpet. And? Eaves of migrants are flowing in. 1 Million Ukrainians in Germany only. The channel actually is not a border at all.🙏

Who is they? Several British governments have failed but this goes back to post WW2 - you can start with the Germans for causing that.

Well, except in the 1700's when UK citizens flooded the new British colonies in the New World (now America) seeking freedom of religion, rule of law, etc. and fought a rebellion against the UK for independence. And won.

They just did not have the gonads to say NO when they knew what was happening.

They say never too late but need to act NOW

Hardly a new thing. That ghostly laughter is probably Enoch's from his grave.

Unfortunately you are right about It not being a new thing.

But you and Powell were wrong. Whites aren't subservient to blacks; the black man doesn't have 'the whip hand' as Powell predicted.

Instead, what we have in the UK is a society in which all people are equal in the eyes of the law, and where second and third generation, British born black men and women play their full part in society, be that as judges, MPs, bus drivers, bin men or whatever.

Agree 100%.

"I would add, no single men/. Any single male fleeing a war, should be sent back to fight for his country" "Agree 100%".

If you now agree with this statement, then it is a complete volte-face on your part: On the Ukraine thread, you are forever pleading with Ukraine to surrender.

He's not an immigrant.

Are you suggesting that individuals living in Thailand full-time under 'Non-O' status shouldn't be expected to integrate into Thai society, while immigrants to the UK should be expected to integrate into UK society?

The same is happening all over Europe.

Thinly disguised racist claptrap wrapped up in a conspiracy theory.

Too much there to pick apart piece by piece, but suffice to say that she clearly knows little about London as a city and even less about Brussels.
