Your post is a blow against Democracy.  First, do you know the US is NOT a Democracy?  Do you have any reasoning skills?  If this did not come out this way, the the path would have been opened for the families of the 13 service members killed in the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan to individually sue the crap out of Biden.  He would have to dig into the payoffs from the Chinese, Ukrainians, Russia and probably others.  As bad as this withdrawal was, it was his decision to do it this way.  He has Immunity from being sue because of this decision.  The Supreme Court did not come up with this just for Trump.  Your posts are ridiculous when it comes to Trump.  Actually the decision should have been 9 to 0.  But we have 3 Leftist with the same mindset as you, or maybe you have the mindset of them and the Marxist media in the US who just keep repeating the same lies even when they know their stories are lies.

Actually, I know of 4 eminent conservative justices who disagreed with you about the basis of the Supreme Court's latest decision. Their names are Amy Coney Barrett, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch.

What conservative justices said about immunity — before giving it to Trump

Perhaps you forgot what you wrote about Trump.  "The proven fraudster and convicted criminal has "been lying" all of his life.

Though I have explained it in my posts, I cannot understand it for you.....

so... they didn't.

probably because they weren't violent enough.

That's hilarious. Trump was evacuated from the Whitehouse at the Secret Services insistence, and then the media held him up as a coward.

Yeah, your understanding is incorrect, that you are able to find other leftists that agree with you is not surprising.

I did not say that "There is no evidence of large fraud because of mail in voting.", you just made that up as well. I think we're starting to see a pattern here.

What I said was: "I think it safe to say you were not able to come up with another "western democratic county" that is stupid enough to have large scale mail in voting either, huh?"

You have another understanding, it does not mean my understanding is incorrect.

As to the "other leftists" comment (the BBC leftist, lol), the events reported have not been made up and have been reported in plenty of other media.

So you just admitted that evoking large scale mail in voting is irrelevant  as it has not been identified as a factor of large voter fraud. It doesn't matter whether other countries adopted it or not.

more likely to get   a two week delay!

Donald Trump’s sentencing in his Manhattan hush money case will likely be delayed for at least two weeks in light of his bid to throw out the case in light of the U.S Supreme Court’s immunity ruling.

I never said large scale voter mail in voting is irreverent, or that it has not been identified with voter fraud. You (again) just made that up. Why not just address what is said, is it that difficult?

First, the payments were made after Trump was in office.

I think the issue is that the some of the evidence used in the prosecution was illegal and the case would have to be retried.

Link to claimed "illegal" evidence? Actual events began way before he was elected. trump denied the event prior to election. Payment made when he was presidential nominee. Corrupt payment purely made for his benefit, not the Office of the President of the USA or the nation, yet trump is again using other people's money to appeal based on Supreme Court decision. Timeline. below. However, massive error of judgment to enable trump unrestrained power which should trump be elected US will regret.

The events prior to the election are of no concern, the only "crime" was committed after the election.

Illegal was a poor choice of words. The argument, as I understand it, is that some of the evidence presented was actually inadmissible.

So don't vote for Trump. If you want open borders, bigger government, stagnant wages, more crime, more government subsidies, more expensive food, energy and housing, vote for Biden. It’s really an easy choice.

Some examples of MAGA false claims

False claims from a Biden cultist.

Did you even look at the silly articles? Crime is down the same way inflation is down. Drive it way up, and then brag when it comes down a bit.

You bring up minimum wage, while at the same time allowing ten million illegal aliens to flood across the border, which drives wages down, drives housing up, and drives down the quality and availability of social services, and puts additional burden on taxpayers.

That's why the rich love open borders, it's great for them.

Did the linked propaganda piece also mention that the FBI has changed the way they collect the crime stats?  Making it so convoluted that a lot of US cities no longer report.  So the Biden FBI has to estimate and extrapolate.  In an election year...  Nothing fishy there.

The Biden cultists are not able to actually read and interprets, if the headline says crime is down, that's proves it to them.

Why should I care to come up with it, as it is irrelevant to the point I made?

No. Do you not understand anything about the ruling? 😀

Under the ruling, the payments would be personal, and he would not be immune from making them. 😀

😀

That was my point (ironically). As it was personal, how could the SC decision lead to a delay?

A number of countries use mail-in voting, including Canada, the UK, South Korea, Germany, Iceland, Switzerland, and others.  Idiot Trump, fortunately, loudly opposed mail-in voting in 2020, citing all sorts of completely false claims regarding it.  His opposition to it, and urging his supporters to wait until Election Day to vote,  possibly cost him the election.  Yaa!

Dems, alas, will not be so fortunate this year.  Trump, apparently finding some heretofor deeply hidden and never-used brain cells, has done a complete flip-flop regarding mail-in voting.  Guess what?  All those lies he told regarding mail-in voting?  Never mind.  Just lies.  Mail-in voting, according to Trump, is now hunky-dory and he is urging his supporters to use it.  Boo!  Why couldn't those damn, lazy brain cells of his have just remained inactive until after Election Day?

Nothing fishy as this new method has been progressively implemented by the Trump FBI, and the final switch occured at the end of his mandate, before Biden was sworn in.😁

Another MAGA conspiracy theoryy.

Did you not read any of the decision?

1. Because the President's actions are presumed to be covered under immunity, so the court has to adjudicate they are indeed personal.

2. Because the evidence presented that are associated with official actions is now inadmissible.
