Go to Buda Mountain and the museum across the road. You should like that the museum, it has a few Chinese Terracotta Warriors that are super cool along with all kinds of other great stuff.

bored in Pattaya eh?

The million Years stone park and crocodile farm.

Nong Nooch.  Well there are group tour bus that go there.  Did that once but time at the park is too short to see everything.  Getting a taxi or a bolt or whatever and go on own schedule.  From the end of Jomtien it is not a long ride by moto taxi if you don't have your own bike.  Can certainly schedule a return taxi before you leave Pattaya.  I find Nong Nooch beautiful and relaxing and sitting at the top of some of the pagodas and meditating quite wonderful.

Chinese pavilion near the top of Big Buddha hill is often overlooked.

Kao keuw open zoo and rent a golf cart and drive around.

Pattaya aquarium is worth a visit.

Mini Siam is worth a walk around.  Just off sukhumvit and Pattaya Klang

How about getting a girl friend or something like that?

Take in Tiffany or Alcazar for a change of pace.  Worth doing once.

Dinner at Ruen Thai restaurant.  The dance and live music is pretty good for one night out especially if you are entertaining somebody that has not been in Thailand much before.

Day trip to Ko Larn by ferry or speed boat preferably.  At least the water is clean enough to go swimming.

Weekend down to Ko Samet.  Was there during the Tsunami as we had luckily changed our phuket reservations just the day before!

Is Exzite place still open for live music?  Thought it closed or burned down or something like that.  Probably is something similar elsewhere.

One of the first little bars on the right just as you enter walking street that did Issan live band and music.  Not sure this is still open I haven't been to Pattaya since 2019.

Pattaya the most boring place in the country, went to that Nong Nooch place in 1994, it was rubbish. Apart from the shopping malls there is nothing worth seeing.

Hardly.... for sure not as many options as Bangkok but if one really wants to see paint dry Hua Hin or Udon. Plenty of entertainment in Pattaya....

Any more reviews on the Art museum or Ripley's or the Wax works ?

Ripley's were good enough to reply to my email listing their parent company and financial operations

That's great.. when go  there you  should ask them to make a wax model of you then you can go there everyday and talk to yourself. Give you something to do between Dr's. visits whilst waiting for test/scan results to come in.

Great recommendations.  The Chinese temple was like an oven inside in July, despite the massive floor fans all over the place. It really is a quality attraction though, and only 50 baht.  I was surprised to find terra cotta warriors in there.

George, you might want to check the definition of laminating. I'd go with "contemplating" .  Do you ride a motorbike?  It's easy to reach all of the major tourist attractions around Pattaya in a day.

There's a really cool place called "Coffee War" a few minutes past Buddha Mountain that's worth a trip.  The coffee was good and only 100 baht. The price of admission is any drink, so you could go for water if coffee isn't your thing.

Another attraction, though an hour away, is to visit Moo Deng, the world famous baby pygmy hippopotamus, at a zoo in Si Racha.

Moo Deng is not a hippocampus
