Gov Youngkin is trying to protect election integrity. With all harris/biden newcomers coming in by the day and the election being so so close , surely

it would make sense to analyze everyone, anytime .

DOJ sues Virginia for allegedly purging noncitizens from voting rolls too close to election.

The commonwealth has removed 6,303 noncitizens from voting in the upcoming general election.

Possible non-citizens. Not proven non-citizens. And doing it so close to the election is in violation of the law.

If Harris wins it will all be moot, because they'll all be citizens in four years,

Virginia:  6,324,776 registered voters

Potentially ineligible to vote: 1,600

This must be one of your biggliest, fatest nothing burgers to date.

I would be thrilled if all 1,600 were Trump supporters....555

Much like Trumps dementia riddled ramblings, your post is indecipherable.

What thread are you talking about?

What is its relevance to the topic at hand?

Let’s be Quite Honest Tom, please cite specifically where and exactly when Trump shows any signs of mental decline.

We really need to get a National ID system in place like Thailand, with physical address, not just a SS# and a Birth Certificate. It should also be setup to monitor at the federal level where exactly someone lives, so people don't vote in two states, or pretend to live in another state.

For the international low information members.I don’t expect you to care or understand , your hate for Trump,

blinds you to the truth! There are dozens of lawyers , state attorneys generals in my country who have taken similar measures to protect election integrity!

Biden called for a purge to the border which resulted in millions of people to cross the border unvetted!

With election results in 2020 being decided by 12,000 votes in Georgia and no way to verify their citizenship identity other

then their honesty that they understand they arent citizens but only temporary residents it makes sense to keep them away from all manifestations of forms to register to vote.

You know very little about America and Americans if you think a national ID is going to be acceptable to the masses.

American elections are perfectly fine.

The only problem is the orange man child's inability to accept defeat.

You better make sure that you dot the I, and cross your T’s.

1600 registered to vote after checking the box erroneously!

The lower court ruled to put them back on the rolls ! The highest court shut down the lower court demand .

I'm a 55 year old American, I'm pretty sure I understand America .....LOL But I still think it should happen, it will also cut down on identity theft, which is a huge problem. If people already have a Passport or the new verified Licenses, then they would be hypocrites to have a problem with a National ID system.

There's an abundance of good ideas that will never get off the ground - national ID is one of them.

Millions of SS numbers exposed in the National database hack!

makes sense when people know the critical concerns .

Kicking and screaming on their way there, but they will be forced to do it at some point, when stolen identities get worse and worse. It's already headed that way with the new verified drivers licenses.

The 2020 general election was the most secure in American history. Almost 95% of all ballots were cast on auditable paper, up from less than 80% in 2016, including all ballots in every swing state. States across the country conducted more legitimate audits of those ballots than ever before. More pre-election litigation clarified the rules, and more post-election litigation confirmed the results, than ever before.
