Trump Election Syndrome 2.0 has struck and we will be watching once again at progressive liberals spend the next four years s**ting themselves and spewing hatred toward Trump, MAGA, conservatives, Independents, and all Democrat voters who "failed to vote the right way for Harris."

It's a big list of people to hate, but the progressive will no doubt step up to the plate like they did in 2016 and scream, yell, name-call, and just plain make stuff up in order to work themselves up into a frenzy, and perhaps even start "peaceful but fiery" riots again.  In the meanwhile, the Trump administration has learned from their many mistakes in 2016 though 2021 and are now really going to p*ss-off progressives with Presidential pardons, executive orders, and new laws out of the Republican run Senate and House who have a mandate to make the "Change We Can Believe In" that Obama and the Left were never able to accomplish.

It's gonna be a fun four year between 2025 and 2028, well for those of us with conservative values.  For US progressives?  Well, they are all leaving the US to come to Thailand and join the progressive angst on AN, right?  What these people who exclaim that they are going to move to Australia, or Canada, or New Zealand, or the UK, or EU, or Mexico (because the US is now a Fascist dictatorship) don't seem to understand is that, like Thailand, all of these countries have Immigration Laws and unless you are a 'refugee', or illegal migrant, or a special class of under-privileged migrant, or wealthy - they ain't gonna just welcome you with open arms and let you live in their countries.  The "woke" who have never really explored the difficulty in becoming expats are about to get a wake-up call.  Well, if you get lucky maybe AU, CA, NZ, UK, EU, and other places will grant ya'll US Trump Refugee Immigration Status.  Tell all of your progressive friends on the US coasts to come to Thailand - Thai Immigration will be welcoming all "Trump Refugees" with a place to live, free medical, and Thai social security!   For sure, for sure!!!

"Trump is in good/great shape for his age".

So why does he refuse to produce his medical records? 215 pounds? My bottom!

Also his college grades are withheld. I wonder why.

Ha ha ha.

An actual quote:

Trump: I say, “What would happen if the boat sank from its weight and you’re in the boat and you have this tremendously powerful battery and the battery’s now underwater and there’s a shark that’s approximately 10 yards over there?"

Want to know something funny?

Trump is the 47th President of the United States.  I don't think he really cares what the Left thinks of him now.

And now the legacy media has lost their last shred of credibility. They are liars, everyone knows they are liars, and everyone knows they hate Trump and will say anything stop the agenda.

I hope they are getting him up to speed on Project 2025

All other Trump policies and pronouncements aside, as an Englishman I am envious of the energy and motivation being directed at illegal immigrants.  Any serious political opposition should take note that this is what the English electorate will want to hear after five years of two-tier Kier.

He is 78 years old

1 - He's old, but not really. How old is he? 74? But he's still youthful and appeals to young generations. The proof is that he appeared on Joe Rogan podcast and Lex Fridman podcast. Joe Biden would never do that because he is old school. And Kamala who is much younger did not even do these types of podcasts. But Joe Rogan and Lex Fridman are the hipster podcasts of the day and Trump is a hipster, despite his age.

2 - MAGA is its own separate party. Although technically he is running under the republican party, he created his own party in disguise. This guy is a genius.

3 - He claims he knows nothing about Project 2025

Observations about Trump contd:

Even his best friends don’t know that his job is turning Lead into Gold 😏👍

Donald J’s haters demonstrate horribly low differentiation ability in that they cannot find even ONE thing good to say about him.  Inability to differentiate is borderline madness, madness, madness.

Thaivisa’s American expat super majority of Democrats will follow long time member Jingthing when he kisses Donald J on the cheek and welcomes him as President. 😁

Observations about Trump contd:

The true test of the Democrats is if/whether they accept Donald J as President after he won the election.  It is after all what the citizens must do - accept the winner and flow him their support & power & affinity.

Can Trump get Dems to like him?  Ouch!  Its a tall order but HE is in a 3rd wave up - magic can happen! 😏😏

What makes Trump a perfect lookalike of Hugo Chavez is greed.

Chavez died as the wealthiest man in Venezuela. A remarkable feat for the son of two modest schoolteachers, who spent his entire life working as a government employee (first in the military where he reached the rank Lieutenant colonel, and then as politician).

I am sure Trump will take any opportunity to enrich himself and his family. And whoever may object, mention a conflict of interest, will be branded as traitor or enemy of the people, in perfect 'Chavez-like style' (it is already happening).

I agree with you with regards to the resilience of the US economy, which is another order of magnitude compared to the Venezuelan one. And yet Trump can still inflict large and lasting damages.

Take the tariffs on Mexican made vehicles as an example. There are many companies, including American ones, that have invested billions in manufacturing facilities there. It usually takes years to recover these investments.

If punitive tariffs are introduced, these companies may have to write off those investments. Will they have the financial capability to invest in new manufacturing facilities in the USA? Will they do it, even if the tariffs are introduced without bipartisan support and may be reversed later on by a new administration?

Think about reversing the IRA and the green economy policies, replaced with a "drill, baby, drill".

One of the main assets of the USA, what makes the USA so uniquely attractive to investors, domestic and foreigners, is the relative stability of its legal, fiscal and regulatory environments, its predictability and long-term consistency.

Rocking the boat may not sink it, but it won't be smooth sailing either. And Americans will foot the bill. They won't be alone, but they will definitely pay a price.

To be fair it's not only Republicans who bear responsibility for this situation. Bipartisanism has been extinct in the United States for a while (and gerrymandering has played a role in killing it).

And then there si the political damage. Trump the First gave the impression of being ready to reverse the USA alliances at any time. Not only he disparaged America's allies. He disparaged the USA as well. I heard the sentence 'You think our country's so innocent?' repeated again and again, and not once by USA's friends.

Unfortunately, Trump the Second may kill whatever trust and goodwill toward the USA is left internationally, and my feeling is that the worse is yet to come.

Let us see what Mr. Chaos is actually able to implement.

Affinity? I accept him as the president and I do not dispute the results of the election, but affinity? Are you intimating the same thing as affection or respect? No absolutely not, that has to be earned and never freely given, and even though he's the president, he's still a creep, he's still a thug, and he's still a criminal, and he is morally bankrupt. The truth is the truth, regardless of how fancy the clothes are that you dress the truth up in.

Fair enough, at least you’ve crossed the threshold and accepted him as President.  That’s yuge! 👍

By Affinity I meant simple “liking” but its clear you won’t go there.  As for Affection and Respect, its obvious you won’t go thete either!  How about LOVE?  😁

A creep, thug, criminal & morally bankrupt?  Ouch!  Harsh, harsh stuff there!

Donald J is a saint compared to “W” who together with Tony Blair destroyed an entire country on false pretences & nobody has gone to jail YET! Millions dead, infrstructure destroyed.

Biden & Nutty Netanyahu zillions of Ukrainians & Gazaians day-d.

God would punish Donald or “W”.  ??

Furthermore a high % American politicians are loaded to the hilt with financial larceny in their hearts.

God loves everyone including sinners like Donald J and Me. 😏

Observations about Donald contd:

DEMS had the US Media 100% in their camp.  They were flying high with the hate campain against Donald J.

Psychology 101:

The harder they come, the harder they fall!  And fall they sure did, not just a mere simple fall, the type of fall that becomes a 911 call, “I’ve fallen & can’t get up again!”

I have despised him and had a deep disrespect for him since 1984, when I worked in commercial real estate in New York City and dealt with a number of men who had direct dealings with him.

There is nothing like a first-hand account to give you some real background on exactly who somebody is. He is a total creep. The fact that he won again, the fact that he pulled an amazing sales job does not change who he is. It never will.

Forty years of hate, wow!

Having "...dealt with a number of men who had direct dealings with him." means you had secondhand accounts, not firsthand.

For someone as distrustful of the media is as you are, I would think that a second-hand account would mean something to you. After I heard it directly from the victims mouth.

I understand why many people support this man what I don't understand is why they so utterly refuse to acknowledge who he truly is. Why make a swamp creature into a saint?

I'm getting it third hand.

Why did the victim not sue him if they were cheated?

What do you understand that reason to be?

I don't know who he is. I was never a fan. I liked what he did and tried to do in his first term, and I like what I think he will try to do in his second term.

I did not like what Obama did in his first term, I liked what Biden did even less, and I am pretty certain I would have liked a Harris Administration even less.

Most/many of the things the media claims about him I know are not true. He may be a complete a-hole when negotiating a contract, but I do not know that to be a bad thing under the circumstances.

HATe destroys the hater but has almost negligible effect on the recipient

Let him who is without sin cast the first stone
