Trump worked the system to his advantage. True or False?

Floyd's crime was being poor.

You know he was. Striking paralells with the Penney case, only now msm is widely considered a joke so their whole white man bad narrative didnt fly and Penney walked.  If the Floyd case happened

  • There are no striking parallels with the Penney case.  Chauvin ; - Intentionally brutalized Floyd and violated the police department's use of force rules. - Floyd was already immobilize

No, not wrongly convicted.   Regardless of Floyd's background and drug habits, once he's handcuffed and in custody, the arresting officers are responsible.   Floyd went into cardia

The Fall of Minneapolis

So, that makes it ok to kill an already handcuffed black guy?

No, Floyd's crime was passing counterfeit money. Also multiple counts of  drug possession, aggravated robbery with a weapon, etc.

The Fall of Minneapolis

There is no evidence to suggest that George Floyd’s criminal history or previous behavior was actively suppressed by the mainstream media (MSM) following his death in May 2020. News outlets widely focused on the circumstances of his death, which were central to the case against Derek Chauvin and the subsequent public response. Many media outlets, commentators, and social media posts brought up Floyd’s past legal issues, leading to significant debates about their relevance to the case.

Had Floyd been white or Asian, the whole incident would have been put down to a fatal Fentanyl overdose and buried on the back page.

Same with the Penny case.

I hope that anyone harmed by any protests after the Penny verdict sue the snot out of the race baiters calling for vengeance.  That should have happened to the race baiters who fomented the "Summer of Love and mostly peaceful arson and looting", too.

Had Floyd been white and Chauvin been convicted in the same way, Riclag would not have opened a thread whining about Chauvin's conviction! 😆

Post of the day.

Chauvin was rightly convicted and I am hoping he is murdered in prison. Once he is knifed to death, I hope they hang him with his own intestines.

Maybe that's Riclag's next thread.......Penney should have been sentenced to life?

So you're offended by him not being convicted because the dead guy was black? IF the dead guy was white or Asian that would make it  an acceptable death?

It's not about race but people like you want to push that narrative as well as the clowns that want to make this another thread about trump.

The bottom line is Penney was acquitted and Chauvin was convicted and Trump won election, Get over it and move on already.

Again, far worse crimes have been perpetrated by the likes of Trump. But he will have supporters who will help him to avoid prosecution.

People like Floyd were surviving by the seat of their pants. Drug possession? So what? Up to the individual what they do with their own bodies. Grab 'em by the pussy eh? Tax fraud. That's all okay by you. But a alleged US$20 crime and he deserves to die?

Sick people.

Well certainly not life , but he should of been punished and given counselling that he must not do what he did.

He should of called the police or gently spoke to the victim

5 years to 10 years at least but certainly not life

The prosecutor brought the race card into

the trial!

And so do you!

Daniel Penny prosecutor dangles race card again over defense objection despite no hate crime charges

Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, Trump prosecutor Joshua Steinglass sit in for closing arguments

Gotta remember also, Floyd was one big strong SOB.  He dwarfed all the cops on scene. That, plus his obvious intoxication, made them excessively paranoid.  To me, it looked almost like Chauvin blanked out, like he didn't know what to do after they finally got Floyd in handcuffs and on the ground.  They had tried to load him into a police SUV, but Floyd claimed to be claustrophobic and resisted- strange since Floyd had arrived on the scene in a car. Obviously a BS excuse to avoid being booked or searched.

I always thought a negligent death charge or the like would have been justified, but not murder.

Chauvin has form for kneeling on necks, search 'YouTube' for him, he beat up a child in his own bedroom who ended up in hospital.  Chavin did not move his knee when the medics arrived and tried to check the guy out, so playing safe sent him straight to the hospital.

Guys like Chauvin should never be policemen

No. Greedy criminals have destroyed your country. If it were a fair system, it would thrive. But what you have is the rich and powerful making the rules and grabbing all the resources and the poor scrabbling around to survive.

And just like the woman in SF who had her U-haul stolen you will be the first 1 to whine about no police when you are a victim of a crime.

It doesn't concern me that he won. What a sad character you are.

I simply used Trump as an well known example of how the rich get away with crime where the poor are jailed and brutalised for petty crime.

I could mention a whole host of lesser known people, but then you might have to Google to find evidence. Whereas Trump is known to be an underhanded grifter who got away with far worse than allegedly passing off a US$20 note.

I always thought a negligent death charge or the like would have been justified, but not murder.

Plus he had covid and wasn't taking the lefts beloved precautions at the time(when coof was a death sentence and the scariest thing ever) ie stay home dont go out taking fentanyl and passing forged $$, no social distancing. It was truly the moment the coof nonsense was exposed. The permanent death counts on msm screens to attack DJT. Seems as nutty now as it did then.

Little wonder the fact Floyd had the virus was desperately censored by agents of misinformation who wanted to blame racism instead of the deceased's poor choices and being sick, high and violently resisting arrest.

Release Chauvin and give him massive reparations. Im talking 100m+
