Looking at those stats maybe if they quickly deport those african hookers the police just saved a lot of local Pattaya  people from getting HIV.  No doubt these gals would indeed get some customers and somehow I suspect would be fine with no condoms for a few baht more....and highly likely that the customers these gals would get would jump right back into the local thai hookers pool and pass around whatever bug they may have gotten.

Yeah, let them deport the Africans, then the Burmese, then the Cambodians and Laotians. The 'Uzbeks' are probably Russians. I've been to Uzbekistan. The ethnic Uzbeks are Muslim, with all the baggage that goes with that. But many Uzbekistan citizens are ethnic Russians, and that's where you get this sort of thing.
