Popular Post Social Media Posted January 29 Popular Post Posted January 29 Madonna has strongly criticized the Trump administration for its swift actions against the rights of LGBT+ individuals, urging her followers not to lose hope in the fight for equality. The pop icon, who has long been a vocal advocate for LGBT+ rights, called attention to a series of executive orders that have targeted transgender, nonbinary, and intersex Americans. It’s so sad to watch our new Government slowly dismantling all the Freedoms we have been fighting for and WON over the years. 🏳️🌈💔 Don’t give up the Fight! It’s so sad to watch our new Government slowly dismantling all the Freedoms we have been fighting for and WON over the years. 🏳️🌈💔 Don’t give up the Fight! pic.twitter.com/6FiziYa2zM — Madonna (@Madonna) January 28, 2025 Concerns have grown over Trump’s return to office as he wasted no time in signing orders that effectively erase the recognition of transgender people through federal government policies. Changes have also been introduced that limit access to gender-affirming healthcare and reinstate previous bans on transgender individuals serving in the military. Madonna addressed these concerns on X/Twitter on January 28, making it clear that she is deeply troubled by the situation. “It’s so sad to watch our new government slowly dismantling all the freedoms we have been fighting for and WON over the years,” she wrote, accompanying her message with a rainbow flag and a broken-hearted emoji. She added a direct call to action: “Don’t give up the fight!” Madonna has long used her platform to advocate for LGBT+ rights, dating back to the 1980s when she was one of the first mainstream celebrities to bring attention to the AIDS crisis. Her latest statement comes in response to Trump’s newly signed executive order, titled “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness,” which restricts transgender individuals from serving openly in the military. This policy reinstates a ban from Trump’s previous term, which had been reversed by Joe Biden in 2021. In addition to restricting military service, another executive order has directed federal agencies to rescind policies that support or acknowledge gender-affirming healthcare for transgender Americans. The directive classifies gender-affirming treatments, including puberty blockers, hormone therapies, and surgeries for those under 19, as “mutilation.” As the Trump administration continues implementing policies that impact the LGBT+ community, Madonna’s message serves as a rallying cry for those fighting to maintain the rights gained over the years. Popular Post thesetat Posted January 30 Popular Post Posted January 30 Sure am happy that Trump and the new GOV as well as the voters do not follow or care anymore what these entertainers say or think. Wouldn't it be a kicker if it was found out that she was paid to post this nonsense? Like so many others paid to advertise for Harris. 4 1 1 2 3

Popular Post JonnyF Posted January 30 Popular Post Posted January 30 Nobody cares what these Woke celebrity idiots think. If they did, Kamala's strategy of hiring them to attend her rallies would have worked. Madonna should stick to the glamorous grannies competition. She could probably get top 50 if she stopped dressing like a hooker. 6 1 1 3

OneMoreFarang Posted January 30 Posted January 30 Not that I like Trump. But I wouldn't really ask Madonna who to vote for. She is well beyond her use-by date.

I remember her "Covid is the great equalizer" speech that she posted, while naked in a petal filled bath in her multi million dollar mansion. 😆 Totally deluded. 6 1

There you go with your habit of spitting your venom at any intelligent, articulate woman who has the temerity to voice an opinion you don’t agree with. I did mention this habit of yours some time back and told you I would point it out the next time you can’t help yourself. 1 1 6 1

Just an valid observation Chomps, don't get your knickers in a twist. 😆 When women in their mid 60's dress like street walkers and talk absolute nonsense, people are going to comment on it. I actually love intelligent articulate women. JK Rowling is one. Karoline Leavitt is another. Leavitt is also super hot. No need for the "mutton dressed as lamb" look that Madonna favours. 2 2 2 2

She became famous as a entertainer ,celebrity, singer , performer and not as a person. .She’s a has been activist for the left , same as Cher , Bette Midler , Barbara Striesand and Taylor Swift. 1 1

tai4de2 Posted January 31 Posted January 31 The Trump administration has not "rolled back" even one single, solitary "right" enjoyed by LGB people. The T's are a different matter altogether. Yes they're being impacted. No this does not set back the cause of human progress even one single iota. The LGBs really ought to separate themselves from the rest of the alphabet soup. It's artificial for all of these groups to be treated as a monolith, and it's harming all of their goals.
