I also wont mention which countries they have moved to, but a bit of online due diligence will give you a good idea...

Some countries in Africa are actively going after black Americans giving them liberal residency rights. Immigration based on descent isn't unusual but in the case of Africa it's different (legacy of slavery) because being black is enough, not proving any connection to the specifc country.

Several African countries are now having an AIDS problem without USAID providing medicines. Uganda, Zimbabwe and South Africa are suffering. I wouldn't want to have easy sex there...
