sickly looking foreigner

Featured Replies

saw a very sickly looking foreigner

his feet were extremely swollen and purple and his toes looked mangled.

how does someone let their feet decay so badly?

is this some form of incurable disease? or are people not getting proper medical treatment because they have no proper health insurance?

Those diabetes legs do look revolting, mostly self induced, of course type 1 is a different story

There might be many reasons for what you observe when observing foreigners.

a. dementia

b. illness, either mental or physical, or both.

c. intentional

d. a bad hook-up with a Pattaya Bar Girl, is a reasonable assumption

e. old age

f. reading too many Topics on TV Farang Pub, probably...

g. Feet might have been soaking in brine...and who really knows because you did not ask him the question which you are now asking us....

Surely those are hippo legs... ?

I had a great German pal many years ago in Phuket who was the head chef at the the airport catering company.  Due to all the sweet food that he had to concoct and eat, he had diabetes.  Finally had to chop his legs off and he died soon afterwards 😞

Yeah, I'm sure a lot of people have health issues.

I wanted to ask about this because I'm wondering if foreigners are avoiding medical treatment due to lack of insurance and lack of funds.

Old.

I suppose I could have asked him. Didn't occur to me.

Why does it bother you so much that I'm asking on here?

Suit yourself. People on here are not the man in question.

Frequently see it with homeless people back home in Europe as well.
