A female journalist on a leisure visit to Pattaya Beach was left shaken after witnessing an elderly Italian man allegedly performing an obscene act in public. The man was later arrested and fined, though he claimed his actions were due to a medical condition.

 

The incident occurred at Laem Bali Hai Beach, where the journalist, a field reporter for a well-known television news programme, had stopped to take photos with friends. She noticed the man following her before he sat down behind a rock and began indecently exposing himself and masturbating.

 

Acting swiftly, she recorded a video of the act as evidence and reported the incident to Lieutenant Kriengkrai Kaewphiphop of Pattaya City Police Station.

 

Pattaya police, in cooperation with the Tourist Police and Chonburi Immigration, launched an investigation and reviewed CCTV footage. By the evening, they had identified and arrested the suspect, 68-year-old Carlo, an Italian national.

 

He was taken to Pattaya City Police Station, where he was issued a 3,000-baht fine for public indecency.

 

As journalists recorded footage of his arrest, Carlo reacted angrily, raising his middle finger at the press in protest.

 

He denied the allegations, claiming that he had not been engaging in any sexual act but rather suffering from a medical condition that prevents him from controlling his bladder. He insisted he was merely relieving himself and had no intention of harassing the journalist.

 

Despite his claims, police proceeded with legal action.

Come on now! We need a word from our premium posters. Let´s see how many that is going to blame the woman for recording, and say that she is perverted and that it´s totally natural to bring out the member and satisfy yourself in public. Come on now nutters!

Maybe Italians are built differently, but I find attempting to take a leak with a blood engorged todger impossible. Maybe it was only a semi.

Plausible excuse of a medical condition.  I have some prostate issues and occasionally get taken short, but I never shake the drips from my todger as vigorously as this Italian apparently did 🙂
