I didn't say that its unthinkable that ordinary citizens would be angered when a country goes after their economy.

Thats an extreme straw man argument .

Make up something that I said and then accuse me of being a conspiracy theorist

Here's your comment again

What's more I have found no evidence or mention that China is behind any other boycotts than those involving its own citizens. You got any evidence that says otherwise?

And prices waaaaay up. Weather you know.

That argument is apples and 'oranges' though isn't it? The US exports 40% of its total production of orange juice to Canada - more than twice the amount it exports to the next four countries - combined. The Canadian consumers simply aren't buying it. True there are other supply problems unrelated to politics, and that could push up the price due to less supply available, but losing nearly half your market - that hurts regardless of anything else that's involved and regardless of the price. If no one is buying and they are bad mouthing your product loud enough other countries take note - just ask Tesla.

You should boycott the internet, that will show us.

Show who? It was a Brit that invented it..

In any case, the US guys on here waving the flag and acting like the US owns the world and everyone that buys products that were associated with America originally are still American. It ain't the case and hasn't been for many years. And it's not just the US.

Burger King isn't American anymore, neither is Wendy's. Tim Hortan's isn't Canadian anymore, nor is Molson (despite its adverts), and the list goes on - these well-known names are owned by multinational coprorations - often owned by big funds from various countries in a partnership from Europe, the Middle East, Brazil and the US. Much of the mining and forestry is now in the hands of Australian multinationals that operate in the US and Canada

So the main point here is these duties and tariffs simply hurt the little guy who ends up paying more at the check out.

Try to get your facts straight before you expound. Better find another example

"The biggest producers of orange juice are: Brazil, US, European Union, China and Mexico. 85 percent of the world market is divided between Florida and São Paulo. While Brazil exports 99 percent of its production, 90 percent of Florida’s production is consumed in the US. Orange juice is traded in the form of frozen concentrated orange juice to reduce the volume used."

Tlaking about the export markets not the domestic consumption - maybe I wasn't clear enough.

There is a difference between those organising the boycott and those taking part in the boycott .

   Boycott organiser .

   Boycott participant .

Two different things there

Well, you wrote "China are often behind the boycott the USA campaigns"

I used that as my search term and come up with nothing that supports your claim.

Real Americans don’t care. I got your boycott right here. We’re focused on fixing America. If you don’t like us anymore thats fine. President Trump’s popularity is as high as it’s ever been and i’m happy with my vote for him and what he’s accomplished so far. He’s doing everything i voted for. He was given the biggest mandate in US history with a landslide election win over crooked Joe Biden. He also won in 2020 and that was a stolen election. It worked out better this way anyway. God deflected that bullet that was meant for his head too.

Non Americans just can’t seem to grasp that their opinion of our president means nothing to us, not when we look around our country and see things need fixing everywhere. Fake friends and allies to begin with.

Totally absurd to say this is "American" when it's Made in Asia or India.

I boycott by the price and what costs higher for a smilar item...I really don't give a sh..... from where it comes.

Only a fool would say a top US brand say like Apple is fully Made in the USA.

Even Germa cars today are half  Asian and built in East European countries of the former USSR, if one was to look deeper Nothing is build is the original country of design and conception.

The good folks in the United States do not seem to care about these boycotts as they know that the tariffs will pay off in the long run. The Canadians and the Europeans need to sell their crap to the U.S. more than the U.S. needs their business.

Who says that Trump does not care about the future of humanity?

Er - drill baby drill is not really a path to slowing global warming. Nor is tariffs on Chinese EV's.

I certainly won't knowingly be buying anything made in the USA while there's a felon in the White House.

Unlike members of the MAGA mind meld, Europeans don't deny that tariffs will be bad for business. But they understand it will be bad for everybody. Remember that Trump's understanding of tariffs can be diagnosed by his claim that China not US consumers will pay for the tariffs. And I've yet to see how spending more of one's income to get the same thing be it goods or services will somehow magically convert to paying less to get the same amount.
