Are they videos pertinent to the information being provided on the web page?

No.  They don't link to anything.

I'm still looking for the black boxes.

What do you actually wish to know.

Seems very simple form to fill in.

As Upnotover advised, what I see as black boxes with the text I posted before, are videos.   The videos but not viewable due to my location, virus program, vpn, or any combination of these.

Thank you for your response.

FWIW the videos are not of Thailand, seem to be widely used on many random websites, so maybe indeed a security feature.

I have seen those boxes before on the web browsers I am using.   None of the web browsers will link to any videos.   I suspected they were videos but was not sure.    I have Edge (which I really try not to use), chrome, opera, brave, and firefox.   I suspect it may be something to do with the Norton 360 virus program and vpn that I use.

Going to be interesting to see how the auto gates deal with those that forget to modify the online version prior to departure

What do you mean? Explain better thanks

You don't have to register a new tdac online if you are exit from Thailand

I use chrome, edge and brave browsers and with or without using a VPN can view the video.
I suspect your issue may be the program you use to display video content.
Try downloading and using VLC, which will open video content in many different formats.

I watch videos on youtube, rumble, and other video web platforms with all the browsers I have, excluding Edge.  Videos on my hard drives, cameras, or cell phones are usually watched with PotPlayer, VLC or a couple of other video playback applications I have on the computer.   None of the video players are embedded in my browsers.

If you have any other ideas, feel free to pass them to me.   It is irritating that I can't see a video that others can.

Is this related to TDAC or simply an IT question.

I'm filling in TDAC form online on my cell phone. Zero issues.

I suspect he means that if you omit departure information when first completing a TDAC (as discussed a few posts up) and then don't add it before your departure you may encounter problems at the immigration auto gate on exit.

Personally I suspect they're not that smart but time will tell.

I don't believe so. Sites such as this one from TAT ...

Emphasize arrival..

In the short video (good one) ..it does not even mention the departure field.

The only relationship to the TDAC issues is that I cannot see any videos at the bottom of their page, just black retangles with text about logging in and safety of community issues.

Based on responses to my issue, the particular videos I cannot see, may be random videos and are not TDAC related.

The side issue to that is, what if there are official, government videos, related to the thread (any thread), on a Thai Government website, that I cannot see that are pertinent to any aseannow thread?

As to filling in forms on cell phones, I try to avoid doing that and do it only as a last resort when I can access internet services.   Any other time I that I fill in a form on the internet, I use a computer, believing that my computer is better protected from hacking than my cell phones are.   The additional problem with a cell phone is that it is much easier to lose than my laptops or desktop computers.

I also find it very difficult to enter strings of text on a cell phone, using only one or two fingers, that sometimes takes me several minutes to enter, vs using a full size keyboard taking me several seconds.  I have 61 years of typing experience using fingers of both hands and have yet not been able to transfer that experience to typing text on a cell phone. .
