I agree. Given his junk food obsession and sedentary lifestyle, Trump almost certainly has diabetes—one common complication being autonomic nerve damage and BPH, which can cause frequent urination, urgency, nocturia, and a weak urinary stream.
 

That might help explain his recurring fixation with “weak showers.”

After gutting the NIH, perhaps the only mechanism left to address such personal concerns is an Executive Order.

Conveniently, it also paves the way for a return to his recreational preference, as revealed in his legendary Kompromat video.

It's an estimate, and with data over the years, pretty accurate. I've tested myself, as my son, brother and aunt and uncle had or have it. My blood sugar is 88.
