If they were suspicious of everyone and only brought out one item at a time to examine, you'd probably complain that they hated Farang.

Nothing to do with victim blaming. Pretty sure if you went to buy weed you can only really smell one at a time so no need to put several bags on the counter . Not difficult to hand over 1-2 at a time for them to look at and smell , then if they want to smell more then get at least one back before handing out another. That way you keep track of it .

They obviously went in with a plan to distract the staff though the way they are all spread out along the counter.
