Well one reason the admin might have decided to bring Garcia back is that -- while Garcia was not charged prior with the Tennessee NOV 2022 traffic stop now charged Count 2 in the indictment -- the reason the DoJ could bring charges now is there is a "cooperating witness" already in custody providing the nitty-gritty.

Regardless, he cannot be deported without a hearing.

As things stand now, he won't again have a hearing, he is to have a federal criminal trial.
