Let's see the letter produced. Then I'll say I was wrong. If it's not and Trump gets a huge pay out be it from a judicial finding or out of court settlement I'll guarantee none of the Trump haters on here will say they were wrong.

So why didnt they release then earlier, why the sudden interest for the same files to be released?🤡

Why didn't Biden's AG take an active stance in locking this reprobate up ?

The only (?) comment on the Trump lawsuit so far:

A Dow Jones spokesperson said in a statement, “We have full confidence in the rigor and accuracy of our reporting, and will vigorously defend against any lawsuit.”

The few MAGA I still talk to (merely to keep peace in the family) are open racists. They admit he's a horrible man, but they like his racist points of view. Add to that the Dems have their heads so far up their butts that they can't tell if they're farting or sneezing, we have the perfect storm that has brought us to this point. It will pass. Even if it's like a kidney stone, it will pass.

It will pass : I surely hope so! I'm not American (USA) but I know how bad the situation is in the USA, and also, that affects the entire world. There is enough of a mess all around not to have to deal with the insanity of the current USA "regime" on top of it!

Public media organisations are not meant to be politically biased. Of course this is no longer the case. BBC, ABC (Australia) and CBC being glaring examples.

All news media have a mix of news reporting / opinions pieces

Plus, she could always say she was just quoting the judge who tried his case.

He can't sue simply on the basis that the card is fake (if indeed it is)..........he must show its publication was done with malice.

Exactly, Trump can't win in court.

Considering the staggering amount of support Murdoch has shown/given him over the years that is not going to be easy.

Rupert Murdoch has not been calling the shots for years.

WSJ will settle to avoid discovery.

Why would they want to avoid discovery?......genuine question.

Because, I think, that would give Trump access to all records and communications that could in any way be remotely related to the action, and that could all become public.

George Stephanopoulos and ABC would likely have lost in court, they had to settle.

You could be right with the 60% white Christian male MAGA. I am not too sure on the rest of MAGA who are seeing continuous flaws in Trump. It may pass but the fractures in Maga will be significant for the midterm and 2028 election which will certainly boost the Dems chances.

They are not Christian.

Think I've got it......that access you mention above, could then show the malice part?......Correct?
