You mean if you had been arrested, charged, found guilty and jailed for multiple criminal offences and still thought you could be a socially disruptive arse whose likely to create further miscarriages of justice because of your blessed ignorance, you wouldn't even try and enter.

Enter what??  Confused....

We need to see the complete CCTV/mobile phone video, not the 'highlights' that the police so often only produce.

In any case, Tommy knows that he is on licence from prison.  Do you really think he would physically assault anyone if it were not to defend himself?

Am I biased in my opinion?  You bet I am!  I'm not working class (middle class academic family), and I've never been in trouble with the British police.  But nowadays I trust 'the law' in the UK precisely 0%.

He appeals to a certain UK demographic. For the rest of us he is just a massive bell end.

  • Probably nothing changed in the two weeks since you last asked.   https://aseannow.com/topic/1367135-tommy-robinson-love-him-or-hate-him

Nice try, but he's a proven thug.

Why has he not been bought back for questioning ?

Is this the two tier system that we keep hearing about ?

Knew it wouldn't be long till you start wrecking this thread Joebloggs like you wrecked the Manchester Airport assaults. Well done again.

Ahhhh, poor Barramarra upset with people using facts. Snowflake.

If by "wrecked" you mean "replied" or "disagreed and provided facts" then yeah, I suppose I wrecked it. How else did I wreck the Manchester Airport thread exactly? I just asked questions and you didn't back up what you said, you ran away.

Can you not, for once, please, reply to my points instead of crying and running away? Please, just try. I am polite, reasoned, I just want a discussion. You have never even once come back with a counter, not once. If anyone non right wing replies you run away. There are right wing posters I vehemently disagree with on here but I respect that they can come back with responses and engage in debate. Actually, I can't think of any names, but I am sure I have seen one or two reasoned arguments. But you just cry and run away every single time. You are letting your side down.

I will regret saying this but JonnyF doesn't shy away and even though I think he's a lunatic I admire him for engaging, he doesn't run away.

Grow up, harden up, stop running away, I am interested in a discussion.

Well, I've lived here for 23 years, so I'm well aware of the failings of the Thai police.  I trust no police force 🙂

Out on licence

  ◦  Stay at an approved address...presumably addresses?

  ◦  Not commit further offences....yet to be proven one way ot the other

  ◦  Keep in regular contact with their supervising officer

  ◦  Not travel abroad without permission....presumably had permission?

  ◦  Avoid certain people or places

  ◦  Participate in rehabilitation programs

I don't see any

* You will not defend yourself without permission.

Anywhere in your list.

And for some reason that I could have a really good guess at. The CCTV footage from St Pancras has still not been released.

Compare and contrast with the CCTV footage from Manchester airport after the original footage showed the Police in a bad light.

Well Elon Musk be one of his fans Brewster he offered to pay his Court fees. If you don't live in the UK all you will get to know is Tommy Robinson did this did that. For instance this last set up from the press was, he knocked out a man in a station and fled abroad with police hunting him down. Just a pack of lies spread through MSM. He didn't flee abroad he was on buisness the police knew where he was so they didn't have to go hunting. Then the press said the Guy was rushed to hospital with severe injuries must have been severe he was home a day or 2 later. A massive probably the biggest rally has been organised by Tommy Robinson in london in Sept where over a million are expected to fight for our pride and free speach. Starmer and Co will try to have Tommy to be kept away from speaking they know he will finally name names the Government are hiding in the grooming gangs etc so they try and silence him to prevent his appearence.

Mind you, there could be a case for " protective custody". He could share a cell with that Labour Councillor (Ricky Jones wasn't it) who called for people to be beheaded, perhaps even split the costs on lawyers - Ricky' s council no doubt having a burning desire to defend free speech...

I have listed all the reasons UK legal reasons, why the CCTV footage has not yet been released.

There is no legal reason for the station CCTV not to be released.

It would clear up who was in the wrong. Man down or Robinson.

Perhaps you should give your head a wobble.

I've been treated very well by the police and courts in Thailand.

Unlike the police in the UK.

You provided a hypothetical as follows:

As to flying out of Stansted asap, if I had been hounded by the authorities for so long, I would also be on the first flight out of the country because I would have 0% confidence that those authorities were not corrupt and not bias against me

I provided a hypothetical more grounded in Tommy's odious past.

Never mind.

I totally agree, but it's not only the police that can be accused of providing edited 'highlights'. Last year's punch-up at Manchester airport saw a drip feed of video clips, the first showing 'police brutality', the second showing 'violence against female police officers', each one inciting knee-jerk responses from different sides over a period of about ten days before it all went quiet. It wasn't until almost a year later, as the trial loomed large, that the 'prequel' cctv video showing an assault on a member of the public and police bodycam footage completed the whole narrative. The only ones still chattering away excitedly are the anti-immigration collective, this regardless of the fact that the perpetrators of the airport violence were British.

True, but he could always play the victim card again. I am not sure if there's any need to assault a drunk person, as this 'victim' is alleged to have been. I think a Labour MP recently got a 10-week prison sentence, suspended for two years, and had to stand down after he decided to defend himself against a gobby drunk in public. It's just not done, is it? More so if you are a public figure?

And I can appreciate your bias. I am from a family of police officers, and my own father, a forty-year veteran, lamented what the police force was becoming as far back as 1980, after he retired. But more recently, is the issue solely with the police, or is it increasingly an issue with some of the laws that they are supposed to enforce?

Robinson arrested and released on bail pending further investigation.

Which is rather bizarre as the video was damning evidence that he assaulted someone. 😀😀

Well here he is. And doesn't appear to be someone, who is particularly concerned, self defense being a valid reason for sparking someone out.

A qualified and current UK Barrister, gives his take on it.

Some will find it rather embarrassing to watch it.

It's common knowledge the Government will do anything to Silence Tommy. The MSM  are quick to print stories on him even if its lies, such as the Headline " Tommy Robinson flees and the Police are Hunting him Down ". People straight away see this and believing it. In this case he Told the Police where he was going so there was no hunting down but it makes good headlines. All you hear is he was a member of a far right Organisation and a football thug, again he has admitted all this and it was when he was young, but the MSM never print this. So he is now facing a charge of GBH. A Female Police Officer had her nose broken by a thug at Manchester Airport yet the thug was only charged with ABH. The Government are desperate to keep him away from his Freedom March and Speaking in London next Month.

Why do you make up storys like this DezLez and he is not far right your just falling into Starmers belief that if you defend or try to protect your Country your a Racist or Far rar right. He Informed the Police he was leaving on Buisness he has to ask permission to leave.

Generally, if someone is on license following a prison sentence, they need permission from their supervising officer (probation officer) to travel outside of the UK. Permission is usually only granted in exceptional circumstances, and each case is considered individually. e.

What has that crap got to do with Robinson leaving the country after an arrest warrant was issued and that he was subsequently arrested on his return.

He did NOT tell the police he was leaving the country shortly after the alleged assault.

Try sticking to facts and stop deflecting/lying.

PS; why the unnecessary and annoying black background?

And i suppose it wasn't Tommy who rang the Police 1st telling them of the Assault in the station ?

He reportedly called them shortly after the incident, a) to inform them of the incident and b) to tell them he was going on a pre-booked holiday that evening and would talk with them on his return.  He even changed his flight to return to London for their convenience.
